After more than a decade in residential construction, I saw firsthand that many people were making one of the largest investments of their lives without fully understanding the home they were buying. Perspectus Home Inspections was founded to bridge the gap between professional industry knowledge and homeowner understanding by providing thorough inspections, detailed reporting, and practical insight that clients can understand and use with confidence.

After more than 30 years in the construction industry, including the past decade serving in a supervisory role on high-end custom home projects, I gained firsthand insight into residential construction and the importance of quality and attention to detail. Throughout those years, I also recognized that many homeowners were making one of the largest financial investments of their lives without fully understanding the condition of the home they were buying. That realization led to the creation of Perspectus Home Inspections, with a commitment to providing buyers, sellers, and homeowners a better understanding of the condition of the house they want to call home.
I am an active member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI. Through ongoing professional development and continuing education, I remain committed to providing knowledgeable, professional home inspection services.
